During my time at TransLoc I have gotten great exposure and experience working in an agile framework. When I originally came to the company I was embedded as a UX Engineer on the mobile team who supports our TransLoc mobile app and Driver iPad app. In the last year as our company has gone through a merger, we have restructured UX within the Product organization and become our own scrum team to better support all of the dedicated product development squads. My work has varied from user interviews, usability testing, prototyping, wireframing, and a lot more.

1. User Research

The most valuable things I’ve learned in my time at TransLoc is the importance of user research and how to determine the right type and amount of research that is needed for different user problems.
