UX Researcher & Designer
I’m currently working within the Analytics Center of Excellence on a team of UX Researchers & Designers. My team works within multiple agile development teams on a SaaS product that streamlines the clinical research trial development lifecycle. My role is equal parts research and design and it is invaluable to be able to interact with users on a weekly basis to test and receive feedback on new designs. Wanting a different challenge but enjoying being a part of IQVIA, I looked at internal opportunities. I found a position that is focused on helping strategize, create, and facilitate training solutions for those leading clinical trials. I work with my team to develop videos, eLearnings, microsites, and other dynamic types of training materials.

WORKSHOP DISCOVERY
Over the last year, I’ve led and facilitated 3 different remote workshops with our team, end users, and subject matter experts to help identify workflows and main user needs for our apps. Our team worked with the Apple Design Lab and adapted their workshop style to lead discovery session with users.
